SHIPPING
When do you ship? Artwork and prints ship within 1 week. Most textile items are made to order in-house and ship in 3-4 weeks. Any in-stock textile will ship within 1 week. 

Where do you ship? We ship domestically in the US as well as internationally.

• Domestic orders ship USPS for a flat rate of $15.
• International orders ship USPS or UPS. Shipping rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Note: Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import fees, which are not included in the checkout price. If you prefer, we can include those fees at checkout; email us at info@intheannexe.com and we can coordinate.

How do photographs ship?

• Domestic orders are shipped flat. Photographs are placed on acid-free backing board and in a plastic sleeve, and then placed between protective foam core. They ship in a flat box.
• International orders are shipped rolled in a sturdy mailing tube to minimize customs + shipping charges. Photographs are rolled in glassine. If you prefer to ship flat, email info@intheannexe.com and we can accommodate.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.
